Celebrating the Ancient Peoples of the World
Paquimé (Casas Grandes) is the most important archaeological site in northern Mexico. It is generally considered a Mogollon site, however, many architectural features were shared by the various cultures to the north. The pot shown below is now on display at the excellent museum at the ruins site.
Cueva de la Olla is a mystical site, a cliff dwelling with giant granaries (pictured below)
